Trudy has over 35 years’ experience in the charitable sector, from grass roots up to board and MD level, leading and motivating large national, hybrid teams across fundraising, community and economic regeneration, and capital projects. She holds an MBA is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, and Fellow of Chartered Management Institute.
In her 15th year at Cancer Research UK, she currently leads the nationally based Supporter-Led Fundraising Team at Cancer Research UK who provide relationship management to our incredible supporters of around 500 fundraising groups, high value fundraisers, corporate partners, legacy engagement, delivering our Relay For Life Programme in the UK, and across the Cancer Research UK portfolio.
Trudy is committed to lifelong learning, enjoys learning about new cultures and places. Her love of hiking has seen her lead by example fundraising in charity treks to China, India, Peru, Cambodia and even summiting Kilimanjaro!
