Sarah Tite

Sarah is a certified One of Many™ leadership coach and trainer. She has built her career in charity fundraising over the last 30 years, 20 as a senior leader. Starting with a work placement at the Nottinghamshire Royal Society for the Blind, as part of her Business Studies degree. Sarah went on to volunteer with Oxfam and the Terrence Higgins Trust, leading to holding leadership fundraising roles at Coram, WaterAid, Marie Curie Cancer Care as Head of Supporter Development, 11 years at The Aspinall Foundation, developing and managing their fundraising programme, based in their zoo in Kent and joined the Mental Health Foundation as Head of Public Fundraising, before being promoted to Director Fundraising and Communications.

In 2022 Sarah decided to focus on supporting the sector in interim roles, including the Refugee Council as well as through one-to-one leadership coaching and training working in partnership with organisations such as Fundraising Everywhere, the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and WR Fundraising Recruitment where bring together team of coaches to support members.
