Luke Squires

I have 25 years' experience of working in both the commercial and charity sectors. Starting at Bowel Cancer UK in June 2012 as the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, I joined the senior leadership team two years later as Director of Fundraising.  

I specialise in corporate, business development and relationship fundraising and have a wide range of experience in leadership, change management, setting organisational culture and values and strategy creation, development and implementation.  

I signed up to be a mentor for The Elischer Foundation because I wanted to have the chance to use the experiences I’ve been fortunate enough to have in my working life to help support the leaders of tomorrow.  I also wanted to have an opportunity to listen and learn from others and I can honestly say it has a fantastic experience to connect with mentors and mentees alike.  It is a huge privilege to play a small part in this amazing programme.
