Fiona Latham
Fiona’s fundraising career began with the CASE Graduate Trainee programme, gaining experience across a range of fundraising streams within university and hospital fundraising teams, before specialising in Trusts + Foundations fundraising.
Currently leading the Trusts + Statutory function at a national health charity, she is responsible for a team raising over £2m annually. She enjoys building relationships with Trusts + Foundations, and has a particular passion for great stewardship, finding creative and bespoke ways to demonstrate impact to supporters.

The Elischer Foundation programme’s focus on long-term mentoring and cohort learning was a huge draw for me. Through this scheme, I hope to draw on the experiences and ideas of my mentor and my peers to develop and gain confidence in my own leadership style. Having time and space to explore new ideas, work through challenges, and ask questions of others and myself will make a hugely beneficial and hopefully enable me to achieve more impact within this sector in the future.
