Clare Prysbet
Clare started her career working within the Investment sector. During her time at Barings Asset Management, she worked closely with charities to supporting them on their investment needs, as well as volunteering as Chair for the Charitable Giving Committee where she played a key part in corporate fundraising and community engagement.
A relocation to Canada sparked a decision to move to the charity sector, and has since then has worked for charities such as Diabetes Canada and the Arts Club Theatre Company. She is currently Head of Fundraising for RDA UK, a charity dedicated to enriching the lives of disabled people through a connection with horses.

I am so excited to be part of the latest cohort at the Elischer Foundation and the opportunity to gain experience, learnings and inspiration from the sector’s top leaders, as well as the opportunity to meet other mentees at a similar stage as me. I'm a strong believer in lifelong learning, and although textbooks and news articles have their uses, I learn best through connecting with people. I thrive from hearing others’ stories and being able to satisfy my curiosity through many questions.
