Pippi has worked in the charity sector for her whole career, starting in an administrative role at Victim Support South Wales and moving on to various fundraising roles at organisations such as United Response, Maggie’s, Marie Curie, Barnardo’s and CLIC Sargent (now Young Lives vs Cancer).


At Barnardo’s, she set up a Community Fundraising support team responsible for improving processes and providing comprehensive support to the team. She is now the Head of Operations, in the Philanthropy, Engagement & Partnerships team at UWC Atlantic, where she manages a central fundraising team overseeing the database, prospect management, data analysis and stewardship.
