Olly Du Croz

UK

Olly moved into the charity sector in 2009, using his communication experience from several years at a public relations agency in his adopted home city of Birmingham. His fundraising apprenticeship was working for CPAS, a Church of England charity, and he spent most of the next 10 years as Communications and Fundraising Manager.

A move to the International Nepal Fellowship (INF) in 2019 opened his eyes to the world of international development, where his role focuses on individual giving but also covers various marketing and communications responsibilities. He was made Deputy CEO at INF in 2023 and hopes that mentoring through The Elischer Foundation can support his evolving leadership journey. Olly is a proud advocate of the impact of smaller charities and also volunteers as a trustee for Kids Club Kampala.
