All our mentors are senior managers and leaders who have demonstrated success at developing individuals.

Senior Manager in the voluntary sector

Global – no specific requirements

English as common language for the programme

Demonstrated success at developing individuals
Will have worked or have been working in a leadership role in the sector. Usually 10-15 years experience in the sector at a Director level or a senior role with significant responsibility & management experience. Likely to have had previous experience of mentoring and/or coaching.

Can be flexible

To agree to mentor at least one individual for a minimum of twelve months. This to include at least two face to face (or video call) discussions and four other calls of up to one hour. Agreement to provide mentoring according to the TEF mentoring principles and promise.

Able to attend one seminar/workshop meeting a year and deliver an informal session on a key skill/expertise.
